Whisky and in particular Single Malt Scotch has and continues to intrigue me. From the distinctive plop when opening a whisky bottle to the change in character when adding a little water. 

This unique elixir has shaped my professional life for the the last decade and beyond as Brand Ambassador and host at a Premier Highland Distillery brand home.

Through my Tastings, I like to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with anyone who is interested or wishes to understand more about whisky. 

I have adopted the Highlands of Scotland as my residence over a quarter century ago, originally being from Germany. My background being in the hospitality industry the world over.
